Responsibilities
- Oversee bakery and pastry production operations
- Maintain recipe accuracy and brand standards
- Ensure timely product preparation and distribution
- Manage team members, scheduling, and on-site training
- Support special orders and R&D initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or professional certification from recognized hotel school
- Minimum 8 years pastry/bakery experience (2+ years in senior role)
