Oversee daily workshop operations and vehicle maintenance for an international automobile brand agent in Colombo 6, leading teams to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and vehicle maintenance
• Lead teams to meet performance targets
• Maintain service quality standards
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation
• Implement best practices for efficiency and safety

Requirements

• BSc in Automobile Engineering, NDT, or HNDA qualification
• Minimum 10 years in reputed automobile workshops
• Age 35-40 years
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
