About the Role

Manage vehicle accident repair evaluations, insurance coordination, and Body & Paint workshop operations for an international automobile brand agent in Colombo 6.

Responsibilities

• Customer assessment and vehicle accident repair evaluation
• Insurance coordination and repair estimates
• Workshop team oversight for Body & Paint operations
• Parts coordination with Spare Parts Division
• Post-repair customer satisfaction checks

Requirements

• Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5-10 years automobile industry experience
• Minimum 3-5 years in supervisory or managerial role
