About the Role

SHALANKA DOT COM seeks tele marketing executives for its Wattala and other branch locations to drive outbound sales and manage inbound customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound calls to prospective customers introducing products/services
Manage inbound customer inquiries and address needs proactively
Convert leads into sales and achieve targets

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience
Ordinary Level education or above
Strong communication and sales skills
