About the Role
Manage inbound and outbound calls for US clients, qualify sales leads, and schedule service appointments remotely from Sri Lanka on a US-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with US customers
- Schedule service appointments and qualify leads
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare estimates and handle customer inquiries
- Escalate priority matters to management
Requirements
- GCE A/L or undergraduate degree
- Minimum 2 years international customer service experience
- Strong spoken English
- Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet
- Experience with US clients preferred
