About the Role

Coordinate development and marketing samples, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and monitor bulk production orders at MAS Holdings' Silueta division in Biyagama.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development, fit, and marketing sample completion
Negotiate pricing and finalise orders through cost engineering
Source raw materials and negotiate supplier terms
Monitor bulk order progress throughout production
Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
Research market trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Merchandising
CIM or CIMA qualification preferred
Minimum 1 year front-end merchandising experience
Fluent English
