Lead cost management and quantity surveying functions for Sri Lanka's premier construction company on major building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage cost estimates, bills of quantities, and valuations
- Lead tendering and contract administration
- Oversee cost monitoring and variation management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Senior-level experience in construction QS role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
