About the Role
Support recruitment, employee records, payroll inputs, onboarding, and grievance handling at a Sri Lankan automotive company, with CIPM qualification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including vacancy posting and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Assist with payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and overtime tracking
- Coordinate employee onboarding and inductions
- Handle attendance and leave management
- Support employee grievance resolution and welfare activities
- Execute administrative office tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR or related field
- CIPM qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and local labour regulations
- MS Office and HR system proficiency
