About the Role
Lead brand strategy and marketing campaigns for Maliban Biscuit's established product portfolio in the Sri Lankan FMCG market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies for assigned products
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights
- Coordinate with sales, production, and agency partners
- Monitor brand performance and market share
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business
- Professional qualification (CIM/SLIM) advantageous
- Experience in FMCG brand management preferred
- Sri Lankan citizenship
- Sinhala proficiency; English advantageous
