About the Role

Lead daily operations of an Arpico Daily outlet in Chilaw/Puttalam, managing staff, sales performance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations
• Supervise and guide outlet staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor sales performance and stock control

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years retail or outlet management experience
• Leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
