Senior HR Executive

About the Role

Revox seeks a Senior HR Executive with CQHRM certification and 3-5 years of experience to establish and manage comprehensive HR operations for a growing tech outsourcing firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave management, and departures
• Create performance evaluation and probation assessment systems
• Draft HR policies, standard operating procedures, and job descriptions
• Ensure adherence to Sri Lankan employment regulations
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing decisions
• Foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture

Requirements

• CQHRM certification or Degree in Human Resource/Business Management
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
• Proven systems development capability
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Based in Sri Lanka
