About the Role
Revox seeks a Senior HR Executive with CQHRM certification and 3-5 years of experience to establish and manage comprehensive HR operations for a growing tech outsourcing firm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave management, and departures
- Create performance evaluation and probation assessment systems
- Draft HR policies, standard operating procedures, and job descriptions
- Ensure adherence to Sri Lankan employment regulations
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing decisions
- Foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture
Requirements
- CQHRM certification or Degree in Human Resource/Business Management
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
- Proven systems development capability
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Based in Sri Lanka
