Oversee garment production lines in Kandy, managing teams, planning resources, and maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process based on given plans and targets
- Determine staffing requirements and resources
- Improve production efficiency regularly
- Maintain absenteeism below 4% daily
- Keep monthly turnover below 4%
- Ensure sewing lines meet learning curves and standard hours
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification
- Diploma in Production Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in similar role
