About the Role
Monitor and manage daily production operations at LOLC Group's manufacturing facility in Ja-Ela.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production operations to meet targets, quality, and deadlines
- Prepare production reports and analyze data
- Assign tasks to staff and ensure safety compliance
- Train team members and collaborate with departments
- Identify obstacles and minimize delays
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
- GCE O/L credit pass in Mathematics and English
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Preference for male candidates residing near Ja-Ela
