About the Role
Handle contracting, compliance, regulatory, and corporate law work for WSO2's in-house legal team in a fast-moving international environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal contracts and documents
- Manage portfolio of matters independently
- Develop familiarity with licensing models
- Meet team SLAs across global time zones
- Proactively research legal developments
Requirements
- Law degree (essential)
- Bar qualification (advantageous)
- 2+ years in similar role
- Law firm training preferred
