About the Role
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 services at SevenX on a 24/7 shift basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Manage Microsoft 365 and email support services
- Deploy and set up operating systems and applications
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate
- Basic understanding of hardware and software systems
- Availability for rotating shift work
- Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
