Junior Executive – Gold Loan

About the Role

Promote and process gold loan products at Cargills Bank branches in Negombo and Vavuniya, acquiring new customers and maintaining portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market gold loan products to existing and potential customers
• Assess gold purity and determine loan eligibility
• Process gold loan applications and disbursements
• Maintain portfolio quality and monitor repayments
• Build relationships with customers in assigned territory

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L qualification minimum
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Willingness to work in Negombo or Vavuniya
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
