About the Role
Support and maintain Cargills Bank's payment systems and cards infrastructure, ensuring operational uptime and incident resolution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support payment and card processing systems
- Resolve incidents related to ATM, POS, and card services
- Liaise with payment scheme providers (VISA, Mastercard)
- Maintain documentation for payment and card processes
- Support new payment product launches and enhancements
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in banking IT, specifically payments or cards
- Knowledge of payment schemes and card management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
