About the Role
Manage and enhance Cargills Bank's digital delivery channels including mobile banking, internet banking, and ATM/kiosk platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance mobile banking, internet banking, and ATM/kiosk channels
- Coordinate with technology vendors and internal teams on channel improvements
- Monitor channel performance and implement SLA management
- Support new feature rollouts and digital product enhancements
- Manage stakeholder communications on delivery channel status
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years in digital banking or IT channel management
- Experience with mobile or internet banking platforms
- Strong project management and vendor management skills
