About the Role
Develop and maintain core banking applications and software solutions at Cargills Bank, supporting the bank's digital transformation roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain banking application software
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and implement requirements
- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality
- Support integration of banking systems and third-party APIs
- Participate in Agile sprints and delivery cycles
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years in software development, preferably in banking or financial services
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages
- Experience with core banking systems advantageous
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
