About the Role
Drive customer acquisition and business growth for Cargills Bank by developing relationships with SME and retail banking customers.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new banking customers across retail and SME segments
- Promote and cross-sell bank products including loans, deposits, and cards
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Conduct field visits and customer presentations
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years in banking sales or business development
- Strong sales ability and customer relationship skills
- Knowledge of banking products especially lending and deposits
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
