About the Role

Assistant Manager role in the Board Secretariat division of Regional Development Bank, supporting board governance, minutes, and corporate secretarial functions; closing May 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

Support Board and Board Committee meetings including preparation of agenda and minutes
Maintain statutory registers and ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate with board members and senior management on governance matters
Manage corporate secretarial documentation and filing with regulatory authorities
Assist in preparation of annual reports and corporate governance disclosures

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Law, Management, or related field
Associate membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of corporate secretarial or banking administration experience
Knowledge of company law and banking regulations
Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English
