About the Role

Remote tele sales and customer service role at Hotel Mate, handling inbound/outbound calls in Sinhala and English for a UK-based hospitality tech company.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Identify customer needs and schedule service appointments
• Manage inquiries and complaints
• Qualify leads and support sales conversion
• Conduct follow-ups for customer satisfaction

Requirements

• GCE A-Level or undergraduate degree
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Outbound calling exposure preferred
• Excellent spoken Sinhala and English
• Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection for remote work
