About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide systems support and troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Offer user support for desktops, laptops, and printers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on IT requirements
- Work with enterprise systems and IT infrastructure
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking and computer systems
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
