About the Role
IT intern supporting systems, software applications, and hardware maintenance in an FMCG enterprise environment in Peliyagoda.
Responsibilities
- Systems support and troubleshooting
- Software application support
- Hardware and software installation and maintenance
- User support for desktops, laptops, and printers
- Coordination with IT teams for enterprise infrastructure needs
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic networking and computer systems knowledge
- Familiarity with MS Office
