About the Role
Account manager owning the end-to-end subscription renewal process, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying churn risks for WSO2's global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end subscription renewal process
- Engage proactively with customers on renewal execution
- Maintain regular account engagement with business and technical updates
- Identify and communicate churn risks to internal teams
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong subscription renewals and account management background
- SaaS/subscription business experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
