About the Role
Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls to US customers, schedule appointments, qualify leads and provide sales support for a US-shift remote role.
Responsibilities
- Managing high-volume inbound/outbound calls to U.S. customers
- Scheduling service appointments and maintaining records
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information
- Qualify leads and support sales conversion
Requirements
- GCE A-Level or undergraduate degree minimum
- 2+ years international customer service experience
- US client experience preferred
- Stable internet and reliable computer equipment
