Retail Trainer

About the Role

Train retail teams on sales performance, product knowledge, customer experience, and operational procedures across jewelry store locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales training sessions focused on UPT, AOV, and customer engagement
• Develop product education modules on diamonds and jewelry collections
• Lead new hire onboarding and probation assessments
• Implement operational SOPs and retail best practices
• Conduct mystery audits and performance tracking

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail training, preferably in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Understanding of retail KPIs and customer psychology
• Ability to travel between store locations
