Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Senior quantity surveyor to manage project budgets, cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration using QS software and FIDIC/ICTAD standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute quantity take-offs and cost estimation
• Manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Oversee procurement and supplier negotiations
• Monitor costs and implement control measures
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Handle contract variations and claims
• Administer contracts per FIDIC/ICTAD standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Construction Economics
• Professional or Associate membership in IQSSL, RICS, or AIQS preferred
• Minimum 5 years QS experience
