About the Role

Teelan (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on site. The role involves managing workers and coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
• Coordinate with project engineers and subcontractors
• Prepare daily site progress reports

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction
• Minimum 2-3 years site supervision experience
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
