About the Role

Nawaloka Constructions is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for major road and infrastructure projects. The role demands chartered professional status and significant experience in large-scale civil works cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management for major infrastructure projects
• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and valuations
• Manage contractual claims and disputes
• Advise project directors on commercial matters

Requirements

• Chartered QS qualification (RICS, AIQS, or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years experience in infrastructure QS
• Expertise in FIDIC contracts
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
