Junior Enterprise Development Officer

About the Role

Berendina Micro Investments is seeking Junior and Senior Enterprise Development Officers to support rural enterprise and microfinance activities. The role involves client outreach, loan facilitation, and enterprise development support in field locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new microfinance clients in assigned areas
• Facilitate loan applications and enterprise development activities
• Provide business development support to rural entrepreneurs
• Conduct field visits and maintain client relationships
• Prepare field reports and maintain client records

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in agriculture, business, social sciences, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and community outreach skills
• Willingness to work in field and rural settings
• Good Sinhala communication skills
