Deputy Manager - Legal

About the Role

LOLC Holdings PLC is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Legal department to manage legal affairs across the group's diverse financial services operations. The role involves advisory work, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters across LOLC group companies
• Draft and review complex commercial agreements and contracts
• Provide legal advice on financial services regulatory matters
• Coordinate with external lawyers on litigation and specialist work
• Support the group legal team with due diligence and transactions

Requirements

• Attorney-at-Law with 5-7 years PQE in corporate or financial services law
• Experience in financial sector legal roles preferred
• In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations in Sri Lanka
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
