About the Role

Olemi Holdings is seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll. The role is based in Katana and offers a good opportunity for HR professionals looking to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Administer payroll and employee benefits
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka labour law and regulations
• Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports for management

Requirements

• Degree in HRM, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR operations
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka labour law and industrial relations
• Good MS Office and HRIS skills
