About the Role

Twixen (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a female Digital Operations Executive to manage social media platforms, handle customer inquiries, post content, assist with CRM, and coordinate with developers and influencers. Tamil language fluency is a key requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor company social media platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Post approved content and support digital campaigns
• Assist with CRM updates and website/Android app testing
• Report technical issues and coordinate with developers and influencers
• Maintain records and protect company data

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in social media or digital operations
• Tamil language fluency is compulsory
• Strong English and Sinhala communication skills
• Social media management and customer service experience
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
