About the Role

Brandix is seeking a Pattern Technologist for their Ratmalana facility to develop patterns aligned with customer specifications, create size charts and grading for production, and provide technical inputs to stakeholders. The role requires CAD skills and experience in pattern making.

Responsibilities

• Develop patterns aligned with customer specifications and TNA plans
• Create size charts and grading for production
• Provide technical pattern-related inputs to internal stakeholders
• Lead and guide a team of pattern makers
• Ensure pattern accuracy for bulk production requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Clothing Technology with Certificate in Pattern Making
• 1-3+ years experience in pattern making
• Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system proficiency
• Strong functional IT and digital skills
• Drive for vision and growth in apparel manufacturing
