About the Role

Hayleys Engineering is offering an opportunity for fresh civil or mechanical engineering graduates to join their construction team. The role provides hands-on site experience and career development in one of Sri Lanka's leading engineering companies.

Responsibilities

Assist with construction site activities under senior supervision
Manage independent site oversight responsibilities progressively
Prepare technical reports and site documentation
Coordinate with site teams on construction activities
Develop professional engineering skills through practical experience

Requirements

Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or NDT/NCT equivalent
Up to 3 years construction experience (fresh graduates welcome)
Ability to manage independent site oversight
Strong willingness to learn and grow in construction engineering
