About the Role

Hayleys Engineering is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with knowledge of ICTAD conditions to manage project costs and contract administration. The role requires 3 years of construction experience and a qualification in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction projects
Manage project cost control and variation tracking
Handle contract administration under ICTAD conditions
Evaluate and certify contractor and subcontractor claims
Prepare tender documents and participate in bid evaluations

Requirements

Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or related qualification
Minimum 3 years construction experience
Knowledge of ICTAD conditions of contract
Strong analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail and professional standards
