Senior Fashion Designer

About the Role

Lead the design of Fashion Bug's seasonal apparel collections, mentoring junior designers and driving creative direction for in-house brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for seasonal collections across product categories
• Define creative direction and style guidelines for Fashion Bug's brands
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Oversee the full design process from concept to production-ready specifications
• Liaise with buyers and vendors on fabric and trim selections

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in fashion design, preferably in retail or apparel manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven portfolio of successful collections
