About the Role
Manage day-to-day operations of a Fashion Bug retail outlet, driving sales performance and delivering excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations including staffing, merchandising, and sales
- Drive outlet revenue targets and KPIs
- Manage and motivate retail staff
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail POS systems
