About the Role
Lead quality control operations on the production shift, ensuring garments meet international customer standards at the Monaragala factory.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products meet customer-designed quality standards
- Manage quality control staff on shift
- Conduct audits and quality checks throughout production
- Document quality issues and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification
- Diploma in Quality Control from a recognized institute
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in garment quality
- Good computer literacy
- TESCO/M&S/MOTHERCARE experience preferred
