About the Role

Lead construction site operations for Vonlan Constructions infrastructure projects based in Mulleriyawa, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities for assigned infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
• Report to senior management on project status

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in site management for infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of local construction regulations
