About the Role

Deliver attentive, personalised dining service to guests at Resplendent Ceylon's luxury resort properties, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personalised dining service to resort guests
• Maintain highest standards of food service and presentation
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and resort protocols
• Work collaboratively with the F&B team to deliver seamless experiences
• Handle guest requests and resolve any service issues professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury resort
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
