Senior Executive – Quality Assurance

About the Role

Lead quality assurance activities at Nelna Farm's poultry and meat production operations in Mitirigala, ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for poultry and meat production
• Conduct product inspections and microbiological testing
• Monitor HACCP plans and food safety compliance
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare QA reports and liaise with production management

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years QA experience in food production, preferably poultry or meat
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety management systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
