Community Manager – Social Media

About the Role

Manage Fabric Gallery's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp, creating bridal and fashion content and handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Create short video content for in-store promotions, new collections, and bridal launches
• Manage and grow the brand's social media accounts
• Engage with followers and build an online community for the bridal brand
• Monitor social media trends in bridal and fashion

Requirements

• Certificate level education or above
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala
• Minimum 1 year experience in social media management or customer communication (advantageous)
• Ability to create basic video content
• Willingness to learn and adapt to brand needs
