About the Role

Join Lassana Agri Innovation as an intern or trainee to gain hands-on experience in modern agricultural practices and agri-tech initiatives at their Nawala operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field operations and agricultural research activities
• Support the implementation of innovative farming techniques
• Collect and record agricultural data from field trials
• Participate in agri-tech initiatives and farmer engagement programmes
• Prepare reports on internship activities and findings

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
• Passion for agricultural innovation and sustainable farming
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Ability to work in both field and office environments
