About the Role
Lead cutting and moulding operations at Crystal Martin's Dambulla factory, managing production efficiency, quality, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise cutting and moulding operations in the production unit
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Lead and develop the cutting team, monitoring performance and attendance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the cutting department
- Liaise with planning and merchandising teams on production requirements
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or Industrial Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in garment cutting or production management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of fabric utilisation and cutting efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
