About the Role

P & C Professional QS and Cost Consultants seeks experienced Quantity Surveyors for BOQ preparation and tender documentation using international measurement standards.

Responsibilities

Preparation of BOQs and cost plans per POME, SMM7, SLS573, Qatar SMM, NRM and CESMM3 standards
Tender document preparation per SBDSL and FIDIC standards

Requirements

BSc QS (UOM) with minimum 2 years experience, OR NCT QS/HNDE/TTI/City & Guild with minimum 5 years experience
Pre-contract experience preferred
