About the Role
Coordinate healthcare client communications, appointments and field visits for Jaffna region with fluency in Tamil required.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Arrange appointments and coordinate follow-ups
- Liaise with partner healthcare institutions and diagnostic centres
- Conduct field visits for coordination activities
- Maintain accurate records of clients and services
Requirements
- Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written) mandatory
- English and Sinhala proficiency preferred
- 1 year experience in customer service or healthcare
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to travel within Jaffna
