About the Role
Provide first-level technical support, user training, and issue resolution in an SLA-driven software support environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support ensuring prompt issue resolution
- Create workarounds for urgent or complex issues
- Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs for end users
- Maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- 2+ years software industry experience in SLA-driven support or help desk roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Microsoft Power Platform experience preferred
