Junior Maintenance Officer

About the Role

Oversee facility maintenance, electrical systems, and backup power equipment at a technology services company in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Continuous inspection and maintenance of electrical systems and office facilities
• Identifying and repairing electrical faults
• Maintaining Generator, UPS, and backup power systems
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general facilities
• Maintaining maintenance reports and inventory records

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance, facilities management, or electrical work
• NVQ/Diploma in electrical, mechanical, or technical fields preferred
• Knowledge of electrical systems and backup power equipment
